1. License Agreement. Yomi Media, Inc grants you to use one copy of the SOFTWARE in accordance to the terms and regulations of this EULA. The SOFTWARE is sold to you, to be used on a single computer. Real Estate Problems Marketing, LLC, IS THE SOLE OWNER OF THE SOFTWARE.

2. Disclaimer of Warranties. You acknowledge and agree that use of the SOFTWARE is at your sole risk. The SOFTWARE is provided "AS IS" and without warranty of any kind and Yomi Media, Inc EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND/OR CONDITIONS, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND/OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY OR SATISFACTORY QUALITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Real Estate Problems Marketing, LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE FUNCTIONS CONTAINED IN THE SOFTWARE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, OR THAT THE OPERATION OF THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS IN THE SOFTWARE WILL BE CORRECTED. FURTHERMORE, Real Estate Problems Marketing, LLC DOES NOT WARRANT OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE USE OR THE RESULTS OF THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE OR RELATED DOCUMENTATION IN TERMS OF THEIR CORRECTNESS, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE. NO ORAL OR WRITTEN INFORMATION OR ADVICE GIVEN BY Real Estate Problems Marketing, LLC OR AN Real Estate Problems Marketing, LLC AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE SHALL CREATE A WARRANTY OR IN ANY WAY INCREASE THE SCOPE OF THIS WARRANTY. SHOULD THE SOFTWARE PROVE DEFECTIVE, YOU (AND NOT Real Estate Problems Marketing, LLC OR AN Real Estate Problems Marketing, LLC AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE) ASSUME THE ENTIRE COST OF ALL NECESSARY SERVICING, REPAIR OR CORRECTION. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THE TERMS OF THIS DISCLAIMER DO NOT AFFECT OR PREJUDICE THE STATUTORY RIGHTS OF A CONSUMER ACQUIRING Yomi Media, Inc PRODUCTS OTHERWISE THAN IN THE COURSE OF A BUSINESS, NEITHER DO THEY LIMIT OR EXCLUDE ANY LIABILITY FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY Real Estate Problems Marketing, LLC NEGLIGENCE.

The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international

copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and

treaties.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE. This EULA grants you the following

non-exclusive rights:

* Software Product. You may install and use the enclosed SOFTWARE

PRODUCT for personal use on a single computer or device. When using remote play options you must purchase a license for each device involved in play.

*Real Estate Problems Marketing, LLC. reserves all rights not expressly granted to you.

2. COPYRIGHT. All rights, title, and copyrights in and to the

SOFTWARE PRODUCT (including, but not limited to, any images,

photographs, animations, video, audio, music, text, and 'applets'

incorporated into the SOFTWARE PRODUCT) and any copies of the

SOFTWARE PRODUCT are owned by Real Estate Problems Marketing, LLC or its suppliers. You may

not copy the printed materials, if any, accompanying the SOFTWARE

PRODUCT.

3. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS.

* Limitations on Reverse-Engineering, Decompilation, and Disassembly.

You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE

PRODUCT.

· Rental. You may not rent or lease the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

* Software Transfer. You may permanently transfer all of your rights

under this EULA, provided you retain no copies, you transfer all of

the SOFTWARE PRODUCT (including all component parts, the media and

printed materials, any upgrades, this EULA, and, if applicable, the

Certificate of Authenticity), and the recipient agrees to the terms

of this EULA. If the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is an upgrade, any transfer

must include all prior versions of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

* Trademarks. This EULA does not grant you any rights in

connection with any trademarks or service marks of Real Estate Problems Marketing, LLC

.

* Termination. Without prejudice to any other rights, Real Estate Problems Marketing, LLC may

terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and

conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies

of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and all of its component parts.

4. EXPORT RESTRICTIONS. You agree that neither you nor your

customers intend to or will, directly or indirectly, export or

transmit (a) the SOFTWARE PRODUCT or related documentation and

technical data, or (b) your Application as described in Section 1

of this EULA (or any part thereof), or process, or service that is

the direct product of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT to any country to which

such export or transmission is restricted by any applicable U.S.

regulation or statute, without the prior written consent, if

required, of the Bureau of Export Administration of the U.S.

Department of Commerce, or such other governmental entity as may

have jurisdiction over such export or transmission.

5. NO WARRANTIES. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW,

Yomi Media, Inc AND ITS SUPPLIERS DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND

CONDITIONS, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED

TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS

FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, WITH REGARD

TO THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT, AND THE PROVISION OF OR FAILURE TO PROVIDE

SUPPORT SERVICES. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL

RIGHTS. YOU MAY HAVE OTHERS, WHICH VARY FROM STATE/JURISDICTION

TO STATE/JURISDICTION. THE ENTIRE RISK ARISING OUT OF USE OR

PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT REMAINS WITH YOU.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. TO THE

MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL

Real Estate Problems Marketing, LLC OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL,

INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT

IMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS

INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY

LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE

PRODUCT OR THE FAILURE TO PROVIDE SUPPORT SERVICES, EVEN IF

Real Estate Problems Marketing, LLC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN ANY CASE, Real Estate Problems Marketing, LLC ENTIRE LIABILITY UNDER ANY PROVISION OF

THIS EULA SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT

ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU FOR THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT OR U.S.$5.00;

PROVIDED.

MISCELLANEOUS

If you acquired this product in the United States, this EULA is

governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

If this product was acquired outside the United States, local law may

apply.

It`s a good one

If you live in States, would be also nice that in the nearby future there would be also a program to use in EU -hint.

Perhaps there can be little less fields to fullfil.

Otherwise it's a great program for calc real estate marketing closing cost.
